Sasha Samsonov was born in 1982 in Moscow, Russia.
He graduated from the Psychology and Marketing departments of the Russian State University for the Humanities, and also Photography department of the British Higher School of Art and Design Moscow.
He photographs mostly fashion, portrait and advertising. With specific regard to his own style in photography, he is of the opinion that style may have rather vague borders. It is very important for him that the audience experience genuine feeling and emotions after seeing his photographs, instead of turning a page thinking that they have already seen it all somewhere.
By nature he is a very easily carried away person, and it allows him not to dwell on one thing. Every day he tries to discover some new forms of meanings for himself, and that helps him to reveal all the new facets of our truly amazing life.
