Majestic Hotel & Spa presents a new selection of five éclairs created with the collaboration of national and international fashion designers.
The luxurious hotel located right just at Passeig de Gracia (Barcelona) incorporates a new food menu to its repertory.
It’s called Carta de la Moda (Fashion Menu) and it offers two different options to the classic Tea Time: The Majestic Fashion Tea and The Majestic Champagne Fashion Tea.
A menu which presents five varieties of the known french éclairs, also called “petite douchesse” – created with the collaboration of five designers: Brunello Cucinelli, Bulgari, Jimmy Choo, Rosa Clará and Salvatore Ferragamo.
On one hand, the Majestic Fashion Tea alternative includes: a Fashion Menu’s éclair, homemade plum cake and a hot beverage to choose from: coffee, tea, infusion or hot chocolate (16€).
On the other hand, the Majestic Champagne Fashion Tea offers: a glass of Ruinart Champagne, a salty éclair and a sweet one from the Fashion Menu, homemade plum cake, macaroons and a hot beverage (31€).
An unconditionally parisian experience where there has to be a glass of Champagne to join the exquisite éclairs as well as the classic chic macaroon.
The idea came up from the fusion between Fashion, since the hotel location is the epicentre of the luxury in Barcelona, and Nandu Jubany’s gastronomy – owner of one Michelin Star – and Cuisine Manager at the hotel.
A piece of each fashion luxury brand collaboration turned into a delicious dessert only for the sweetest teeth addicted to fashion.
You only need to look at the five varieties of éclairs to relate each one of them with a fashion designer. Every color and detail talks about a designer. The one from Rosa Clará is easy to identify since it includes a little bridal veil and dragées on the top characteristic at weddings and similar celebrations.
The Majestic Fashion Tea as well as the Majestic Champagne Fashion Tea can be tasted every day from 4 to 7 pm.
It’s no doubt it’s a date to be booked for all fashion lovers.
Even though during summer the five éclairs mentioned will maintain on the menu, on September the Majestic Hotel & Spa will offer new varieties in its Fashion Menu for the Fall/Winter season.
