NJF TeamThe film and sport industries will meet on May at the BCN Sports Film Festival 2015
The sport film festival most important of the world arrives to its 6th edition at the city of Barcelona and will take place from may 5th to 9th. The event has been organized bu the Olympic Barcelona Foundation with the support of the Barcelona City Hall snd the sponsorship of the Sport Film & TV International Federation (FICTS), a recgonized instituion by the International Olympic Commitee.
The BCN Sports Film Festival has as objective “the will to enrich the universality and the positive values of sports from the audiovisual creations of recognized directos and distinguished professionals of the film & tv industry” as the President of the FICTS, Franco Ascani, stated.
For this year´s edition more tan 400 audiovisual productions are represente don documentaries, animations, advertising spots among others from 40 countries.
The screenings can be enjoyed for free on the spaces of The Olympic & Sport Museum Joan Antoni Samarach, the Cultural Room of El Corte Inglés, the French Institute of Barcelona and the Barrina Tower.
On parallel, expositions will take place to highlight important carácter and institutions celebratinf their achievements and contributions to the promotion of all type of sports.
