A new year has come for the most expected fashion event in the city of Barcelona. 080 Barcelona Fashion took place from February 1st to February 5th reveale the last collection of national and international brands for the 2016/2017 Fall-Winter season. Unlike last year, many decided to show their designs in a different way playing with the catwalk. Such was the case of Manuel Bolaño who created a small art workshop where the models posed for the artists who drew live all his collection. On the other hand, Miquel Sulay made a small introduction with contemporary dancers and Punto Blanco, promoted the film Batman vs. Superman creating a super-heroe atmosphere and screened the trailer.

Regarding the collections, color black and blue stood out in contrast with autumnal colors. Burgundy, copper and other tones from the red scale prevailed in the designs. As usual, Brain&Beast captured the attention using lots of layers, bright colors and impressive models such as their constant muse Didi Maquiaveli, who stood out with her grand ginger hair.

Meanwhile, Custo reminded us the return of the 60`s with pieces of diferent patterns and diverse contrast of fabrics along with wide squared mount sunglasses.

In addition MODAFAD took place as well as the new model competition called Fresh Faces which Not Just Fashion Magazine could follow closely their preparation days before the runway show.

At the same time, independent brands had the chance to show their sunglasses, bags & even accesory designs to embelish the bike. Woody´s, Ramonas Barcelona and BCN Brand were some present at the área located next to the Casa Llotja de Mar.

We wait with great expectation the next edition of 080 Barcelona Fashion after an eye-catching event and impactful designs.
